Welcome to Willowbrook Estates

 Willowbrook is a 55+ Community in Garden City, Idaho. 

Our beautiful, quiet, walkable community offers many opportunities to make and maintain friendships, while enjoying the privacy of your own home in secure, gated, park-like surroundings. 

Our Willowbrook clubhouse is busy all week long with free yoga classes, community Saturday Breakfasts and monthly community dinners, bridge club, pinochle club, line dancing, book club, quilters group, Friday Happy Hour, and on and on!  

Our members enjoy water aerobics and socializing around our swimming pool, gathering for friendly competition at our putting green, and laughing it up while playing pickleball on our two courts. 

And, for the snowbirds among us, we have a secure, free RV parking area on site. 

Willowbrook Estates was established in 1984. Our Homeowners Association is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho. When the Fair Housing Act was amended with the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA), Willowbrook qualified as a community "intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age and older. 

Over the years, our property has filled with 231 lovely homes. The owner of each home is a voting member of our Homeowners Association. We are self-governed by our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), our Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations defined by our Board and Committees. 

Willowbrook is an active community. We care for and watch over each other, with virtually all of the organizational work of the community being done by community volunteers.
